Are you interested in a great volunteer opportunity right here in Salem? Looking for somewhere to volunteer your skills? Want to spend a few hours per week helping out your community in an easy way? Look no further!!!

Grace Harbor, a temporary shelter is now open to serve the community. Our mission is to serve youth and school-aged kids and their family in Salem and the surrounding areas. If there is availability at Grace Harbor, we will accept other individuals on a case by case basis, but youth are our number one priority.

There are numerous volunteer opportunities at Grace Harbor! You can volunteer your time and talents. We need volunteers to cook daily meals, grocery shop, help keep our facility clean, help residents fill out the required paperwork, do daily office work, keep the grounds of Grace Harbor clean, provide transportation if needed, and work daily shifts. We have numerous shifts you can work. We have a morning, afternoon, mid-afternoon, evening, and overnight shift available. You can work as many, or as few hours as you wish.

We are currently seeking volunteers, but have a few mandatory requirements. Volunteers must be at least 20 years of age, have a valid driver’s license, and complete the required training.
